That's why we can't have a law enforcement approach. Even in the best of all outcomes (i.e. gulity verdicts) candyass liberals would never allow us to kill any of these motherfuckers. Zacarias Moussaoui still lives.

Is this the Nazi approach to law enforcment? One bullet, one terrorist? I think the Chinese have perfected this form of state sponsered terrorism also. Hobbes would have been proud of you on this one!
Are you saying we shouldn't kill terrorists? That's your choice. I just think it's a little suicidal.
Last I checked we had a federal death penalty and I don't think that makes us Nazis.
Your original post seemed to omit the due process part, you know charges, trial, all those goodies that darned Constitution demands :-)
When I say due process, I don't mean giving this guy constitutional rights. I mean giving him a process due him, i.e. a military tribunal. There's just no chance this guy will be released whatever happens. Except if we surrender I guess.
IMO, the constitution does not apply to foreign invaders which is what this guy is. In WW2, he would have been executed shortly after capture.
And yes, due process was in there but as you can see it's not the due process you're thinking of so I might as well have left it out.
